Cheap Seats It's the dead of winter—time for a cheap laugh 

You never know what life is going to throw your way. Some days are shit, others find you giggling maniacally. Kind of like improv. Sometimes it's the funniest thing ever, and you wonder how anyone can be so quick on their feet to make up a song about… feet. Other times you are left squirming in your seat, uncomfortable and sweaty, while the performers attempt to come up with something funny—or anything, for the love of God—that rhymes with "orange," as a heavy silence overtakes the theater. Go see what kind of day the IndyProv, our city's own Emmy-nominated independent comedy troupe, is having tomorrow tonight at the White Rabbit.

Pay your $5, have a drink, and enjoy seat-of-their-pants comedy from a troupe of locals who perform out of love. Call it a calling or a hobby, none of these folks get paid, and most of them were comedy fans who took a workshop and got the ball rolling from there. IndyProv also teaches classes for adult and youth, so if you find that after a few drinks, you have a hankering to perform that karaoke can't contain, join up and entertain us.
