Against Me! at the Majestic Theatre
Stop. Take some time to think. Figure out what’s important to you. If you answered “seeing Against Me! live,” then you’re in luck, because the Florida folk punks are coming to the Majestic Theatre on Feb. 12. After canceling its remaining 2010 tour dates (supporting 2010’s White Crosses) in September, the band appears to be back on the horse after leaving its label and recruiting a new drummer in the form of Max Weinberg’s son, Jay. After a handful of dates with Cheap Girls and Fences (including the stop in Madison), Against Me! will be joining barroom heroes Dropkick Murphys for dates in March. Tickets are $14 and go on sale Dec. 10, so you have to make a serious decision to buy some quickly.
