One of last year's decadent highlights.

We at Decider will be bringing you a more thorough preview of the second annual Burgers And Brew pig-out (May 30, at Capital Brewery) a little closer to the actual event. But we wanted to let you know that the organizers at REAP Food Group have posted this year's menu of mini-burger creations from local chefs—which, if you missed the event last year, tend toward locally sourced ingredients and gourmet creativity, and come paired with beers from local microbreweries. We're pleased and puzzled to see that Lombardino's is bringing back last year's bizare highlight: a lamb burger with a little fried quail egg on top. While we're not entirely sure how a miniature bird abortion enhances a burger, we must admit it was some pretty good eating. Then again, this year it might be overtaken in mystery appeal by Sentry's "Hungarian burger." B&B will also work in a couple of vegetarian options, courtesy the chefs of L'Etoile and Ian's Pizza, and there are more creations in store from Bluephies, the Weary Traveler, and the Willy Street Co-op. Anyway, for the full menu rundown, just visit this page and scroll down.
