Haiti relief calendar: Benefits at Majestic, Annex, Cardinal, and more (UPDATED Jan. 27)

Madison bands, club bookers, and promoters are scrambling to help raise aid funds for the victims of last week's Haiti earthquake. If you know of or are putting on any additional fundraisers, please email sgordon@theonion.com. We will be updating this list as efforts continue.

Ongoing: Madison photographer and A.V. Club contributor Joe Engle is donating 50 percent of proceeds from photo sales to Doctors Without Borders; Local reggae band Natty Nation emailed fans this week with a link to Direct Relief International.

Jan. 28: WSUM's Dance Party For Haiti Relief at the Majestic Theatre features a TBD slate of WSUM DJs and a $5 suggested donations for Doctors Without Borders.

Jan. 29: Haiti Fundraiser at Lothlorien Co-op, featuring Crane Your Swan Neck and Icarus Himself.

Jan. 30: Say Hey For Haiti benefit at the High Noon Saloon features a live broadcast from WORT DJs. There is a $5 cover, all of which is pledged to Partners In Health.

Feb. 6: The Annex's Hip-Hop For Haiti concert for the Red Cross ($5 and canned food suggested donation) features a ton of local rap artists, including L.O.S.T S.O.U.L.S, Rob Dz, Smokes, Dudu Stinks, MC Starr, and so on.

Feb. 6: Natty Nation has announced that its Bob Marley Birthday Celebration show at the High Noon will also be a Haiti fundraiser.

Feb. 12: All proceeds from The Bathtub Mothers' show at Mother Fool's Coffeehouse will go to Haiti relief efforts.

Feb. 12: The UW's Office Of Multicultural Initiatives Just Bust! hip-hop night at the Memorial Union will also be a Haiti benefit.
