King Khan And The Shrines at the Annex
More Just Announced
When notorious international bad boy King Khan plays rock 'n' roll music, he leaves everything out in the open—flying snakes, confetti, his pants, you name it. But after a typically unruly performance at Sydney, Australia’s Opera House forced organizers to ban his long-running Canadian punk group King Khan & BBQ Show, the volatile duo reportedly broke up on-site.
But luckily for us, King Khan keeps his musical options as open as his clothing. The shirt-repellant hooligan who once put his bare ass in Lindsey Lohan’s face is coming to the Annex Oct. 5 with another of his boisterous musical projects, King Khan And The Shrines. There’s no word yet on the Annex’s policy on throwing guitars, climbing walls, or male nudity, but with these guys you’d better come prepared for anything.
UPDATE: Gentleman Jesse And His Men will be opening, making this show completely incredible.
