P.O.S. to return to the High Noon on March 19

Minneapolis rapper P.O.S.'s album Never Better landed high among The A.V. Club's top records of 2009, so of course we're excited to see him coming back for a March 19 show at the High Noon Saloon. (Tickets go on sale Saturday. Dec. 26, in case anyone out there needs to make up for being a thoughtless cock about Christmas gifts.) P.O.S. shows are just about as refreshing as his albums: He steers away from the time-wasting antics common in live hip-hop and gets down in the crowd, plays guitar, and generally kicks ass in positive fashion. “I want to see everybody dancing like a complete idiot—nobody here is too cool,” he said at his last Madison show in February '09, so start limbering up now.
