The mildly new-age psychedelia of “Ground,” off Julian Lynch’s excellent new Terra (available now on Underwater Peoples), poses some interesting thematic quandaries for anyone trying to make a music video to accompany it. So it’s possible that co-directors Zahid Jiwa and Miko Revereza just said, “Fuck it. We’re going to space.” The warm analog clip flies through some strange, melty feedback before settling on an arctic water setting to watch the sky light up. It’s SFW, but also dangerously hypnotic, so watch it—but be ready to lose some serious momentum on your productivity. [via Altered Zones]
