RJD2 to play Majestic Theatre in March

Seeing spaced-out producer RJD2 play for free on the Terrace this past fall was a free treat, but kind of a compromised one: He still didn't have anything new out, and it's hard to hear all of his little trip-hop-pop intricacies amid the chatter of a busy night on the Terrace. Luckily, he's coming back. When he plays the Majestic Theatre on March 16, RJ will finally be out behind The Colossus (due for a January release on his own Electrical Connections label), he'll have a full band with him, and the space might be a little friendlier both to those who want to freak out and dance and those who'd rather just nerd out and listen. Tickets go onsale next Friday, Dec. 18 (we may have some to give away a little closer to the show date, too). Here's a single that's been floating around from the new album, "Games You Can Win":
