Sean Kingston, Ludacris to play Alliant Energy Center on back-to-back nights

More Just Announced
If all the “shawties” burn up the dance floor when chubby Jamaican heart-throb Sean Kingston (with support from speedy-voiced rapper Twista) hits the Alliant Energy Center on Oct. 29, then Madison will be engulfed by raging wildfires when rubber-voiced rap-icon Ludacris takes a break from “Pimpin’ All Over The World” to stomp the same venue the very next night. That’s right, Kingston will “get out the way,” so the Southern-fried prankster can (possibly) “Roll Out” plenty of jams from 2008’s guest-laden Theater Of The Mind, as well as some of the classics that helped Luda attain the “Number One Spot” that Theater failed to grab. (Tickets to both are being sold through Ticketmaster.) While we may still be longing for another Madison appearance from Lil’ Wayne, this two-nighter of sexed-up goofiness will be happily welcomed in a city that doesn’t see too many enjoyable pop spectacles on this level.
