Time-lapse video of Madison protests will completely mesmerize you
The world has been pretty lucky to have a number of intrepid souls brave the harsh climes of Madison’s Capitol Square in winter to document the historic outpouring of outrage over Governor Scott Walker’s budget repair bill with words, photos, and video. But a recent clip, using nearly 3,000 photos to create a swirling time-lapse collage set to Radiohead’s “Morning Mr Magpie,” from The King Of Limbs, is easily the most mesmerizing representation of the proceedings to date. Such an ambitious and wonderfully realized project as this deserves multiple views, if only to try and spot yourself amid the rapidly shuffling images. Besides, it will help your brain heal after continued exposure to Rebecca Black’s “Friday.”
