Tom Farley to appear on The Dan Potacke Show tonight

The A.V. Club isn’t entirely sure what to make of this, but tonight’s installment of The Dan Potacke Show at The Frequency will find mastermind Alan Talaga squeezing into his tiniest coat (we hope) to interview Tom Farley, the oldest brother of the late and legendary Chris Farley. According to Talaga, the 48-year old Farley—who penned 2008's bestselling biography The Chris Farley Show: A Biography In Three Acts—will spend the first half of the interview discussing both his brother’s life, as well as The Chris Farley Foundation, which Farley founded and currently presides over. (The organization uses games, humor, and various programs to communicate the dangers of substance abuse to teens.) The second half of the interview will be centered on Farley’s current campaign for seat four of the Madison Metropolitan School Board. While this seems like a recipe for a difficult and emotional conversation—the fictional Potacke isn't known for conducting the most professional or tactful interviews—the foundation and the biography provide adequate proof that Farley is quite comfortable discussing the life of his tragically departed brother.
