Wilco to return to Overture Hall on Feb. 20
More Just Announced
Wilco's been teasing Madison over the past year, sharing just a scrap of its ongoing (and much deserved) love-fest with a pared-down set at an Obama rally last November and making a two-night stand at Milwaukee's Pabst Theater in April. Still, we knew the band would eventually be back for a proper show. (Jeff Tweedy and bands may have reservations about so many things, but not about this town.) They've finally announced one, giving us something to look forward to smack in the middle of another crummy Wisconsin winter with a Saturday, Feb. 20 set at Overture Hall. Tickets are $35 and go on sale Friday, Oct. 16 at 11 a.m. through the Overture box office, and—fair warning—you can expect people to pounce on 'em pretty quickly.
