The band sounds as aggressively vintage as it looks, plying old-fashioned honky-tonk and hoedown tunes that cast a sternly indifferent eye over all that newfangled country stuff. Then again, DeWylde’s been known to pull some not-so-ladylike antics with her bass, such as lifting it up in the air or standing on it while playing.
