Bass-and-drums duo Danny Snakes and Annie Awesome (known better as former members of The Soviettes) write gritty, lo-fi punk songs about snakes and things that are awesome. The logic and genius of the concept is beyond reproach; the fuzzy melodies, screeching vocals, and power-pop choruses are even better.
