Stop at the Echo before a game at the Kohl Center, and you probably won’t miss the tip-off—it’s a bit out of the way, but the special game-day menu is designed for prompt service. On other days, the Echo serves a standard bar menu with more varied daily specials, from a jerk-pork sandwich to gumbo to a Friday fish-fry. Not for the faint of heart: the “Echo burger,” which combines a quarter-pound brat patty and a quarter-pound burger patty.
