You can usually get away with rolling up in shorts and a T-shirt at even the fanciest Madison restaurants, but Delmonico’s is the kind of place where a fedora and trench coat (sans the Tommy gun hidden underneath) would be a better choice. Well-appointed and brimming with class, Delmonico’s evokes the ’30s and serves up massive steaks and numerous seafood delicacies. Everything’s excellent, but the namesake 20-ounce bone-in ribeye will leave you begging for mercy and wanting more all at the same time.
