Decked out in rhinestones, Christmas lights, and hub cabs, Tex Tubb’s Taco Palace trucks in honky-tonk Texas-style tacos, burritos, and enchiladas. Fish tacos are the specialty of the house and options include tilapia fried, blackened, and achiote-ed, as well as grilled shrimp, smoked salmon, and grilled mahi, all dressed with slaw, pickled red onion, chipotle dressing, and black bean puree.
