The Willy Street Pub & Grill, known to regulars as the Wisco, feels like an old gym—dank, dark, musty, but also with a definite well-used feel that gives it the character all true dive bars have. Following in line with the atmosphere, the small menu doesn’t offer any frills, just simple burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches, and standard sides like fries and cheese curds. While it’s the kind of place that’s perfect for people who want to eat and drink in peace, there’s a sand volleyball court in the back that’s good for communing with others if the mood strikes you.
