Decider lets the cheeky Milwaukee rock band speak for themselves
Article Tools
Sometimes a band sums itself up so well on its MySpace page that Decider can’t help but step back and let the artists speak for themselves. So, in advance of Friday's show at Shank Hall, here is Milwaukee band and self-described “reigning champions of rock and roll” Chief, in the band's own words:
“Three friends who’ve been in bands for years and finally realized that it’s time to do what really matters—to take off the gloves and do it with raw fists, to strap on the gauntlets and tame the dragon, to carry the torch once lit by the rock warriors, to just plain ol’ kick some rock ’n’ roll ass… to show the world that ‘We are CHIEF, and this is how we do it.’”
Any questions? Hopefully this video clip of Chief performing "I Hunt For Action" will clear them up.
