Autobiography: Crappy Dracula
Decider lets this local punk band with a truly awesome name speak for itself
Sometimes a band sums itself up so well on its MySpace page that Decider can’t help but step back and let the artists speak for themselves. So, in advance of Wednesday's show at River Horse, here is Milwaukee garage-punk band Crappy Dracula, in the group's own words:
"We three are Crappy Dracula. Feel free to worship or laugh as you will. We formed in December of 2006 and are prolific songwriters. We have been influenced by the style of Eeef and many cases of Hamm’s, Schlitz, and Pabst. We enjoy wrestling alligators, telling jokes, playing songs, and hope someday to take over the world. I, for one, sure hope that happens soon, as I don't feel like going to work tomorrow. Let's take the day off, shall we? And we realize that Ted Bundy is dead, but maybe we should re-visit the evidence."
Just in case that didn't tell you everything you needed to know about Crappy Dracula, here's a clip of the band performing at The Borg Ward in February.
