Bruce Springsteen And The E Street Band at the Bradley Center
This Boss is back in town this fall
More Just Announced
Bruce Springsteen has enjoyed a surprising amount of indie cred over the years—including the tribute to Nebraska that Sub Pop put out in 2000—but his performance during this year’s Super Bowl halftime show confirmed that The Boss is still an arena-sized rocker who can ham it up with the best of them. And, more importantly, the band continues to sound great, which isn’t surprising considering the level of talent representing E Street, including Nils Lofgren and Steven Van Zandt on guitars, Clarence Clemons on sax, and Max Weinberg on drums.
Coming up Nov. 15, Springsteen will drop in at the Bradley Center in support of January’s Working On A Dream, according to his publicist. If you caught either of Springsteen’s Milwaukee shows in 2008, you know he can still bring it live, and his current tour—which has sold over 1.5 million tickets this year—attests to that. Tickets go on sale August 1, we’ll report ticket prices once we have them. In the meantime, here’s a clip of Springsteen and the E Street Band performing “Badlands” earlier this year.
