Miles from the crappy, lo-res YouTube clips many of us have grown accustomed to, the videos of High Frequency Media provide a slick, polished look at Milwaukee’s music scene. The brainchild of Anthony Lopez and Jon Salimes, HFM has been dutifully documenting live performances of some of our city's finest bands, including Juniper Tar, The Trusty Knife, and Plexi 3. Lopez and Salimes have also covered events like the Ex Fabula storytelling series, and produced promotional videos for The Tool Shed. These multi-camera, HD videos more or less speak for themselves, and serve as a striking visual record of a scene that seems to be growing stronger and more distinctive every day.
