America’s avant-garde sweetheart, Crispin Hellion Glover, will be making a live appearance at the Oriental Theater on April 22. The current Alice in Wonderland co-star/former McFly patriarch will screen his film, It is Fine! EVERYTHING IS FINE, as well as participate in a spirited, sure-to-be-baffling Q&A discussion. The film details the psychosexual fantasies of a cerebral palsy sufferer (Steven C. Stewart), and reportedly features a scene containing unsimulated fellatio. Can you say “date movie”?
Back in 2006, Glover enjoyed a two-night stint at the Times Cinema in support of What Is It?, an equally bat-shit film also featuring Stewart. No word yet on the status of It Is Mine, Glover’s third and final installment in his heartwarming, cerebral palsy-obsessed trilogy. Tickets for the April appearance go on sale March 26.
