Fan-Belt music blog to relaunch
More Just Announced
Cue up the Welcome Back, Kotter theme: local music blog Fan-Belt will be returning to the wild and woolly internets on April 1. Originally launched in 2008, the site provided excellent coverage of the Milwaukee music scene before going silent in December of last year. The revamped Fan-Belt will be edited by local music scribes (and frequent A.V. Club contributors) Erin Wolf and D.J. Hostettler, who promise a "totally new design, same punk rock attitude." A party celebrating the blog's relaunch is planned for April 9 at the Cactus Club, and will feature local rabble-rousers IfIHadAHiFi and White Problems. So, welcome back, Fan-Belt! Welcome back, welcome back, welcome back.
