New Osbournes show moved to the wee hours

In an effort to protect Danny Gokey fans from the likes of Ozzy Osbourne, Fox 6 has chosen to bump tonight’s debut of Osbournes: Reloaded from its intended slot right after American Idol to 1 a.m., and instead air a special called Dealing With Drugs.

Decider doesn't know whether to thank Fox 6 for sparing us the possibility of viewing another Osbourne family show, or throw our arms up in disgust over the station's adoption of a nanny role. After all, we can just turn off the Osbournes (assuming we've turned the show on) as easily as we can turn off a boring anti-drug special, and we don't really need the Fox affiliate making our viewing decisions. But it's hard to get too worked up about this loss; it’s the Osbournes.

Here’s a bigger question: If Fox 6 is really committed to highlighting the horrors of drug abuse, shouldn’t the station just let Osbournes: Reloaded air? There probably isn’t a stronger anti-drug public service announcement than the carefully orchestrated antics of Ozzy Osbourne and his family.
If you need help deciding whether to stay up until 1 a.m. to watch the new Osbournes show, here's a preview:
