If you’re a somewhat well-adjusted human in possession of at least a small, tattered shred of dignity, you’re probably unaware that the Lingerie Football League is a real thing. You’re probably even less aware that the LFL recently canceled its 2012 season, and that it plans to move its 2013 season from fall to spring and summer. Thankfully, FOX6 brought everyone up to speed on these pressing matters last night when it lurked around the sidelines of the Green Bay Chill tryouts in Milwaukee, and chatted with head coach Gilbert Brown. Gratuitous shots of T&A—accompanied by half-hearted dismissals of said T&A—were also involved.

According to Coach Brown, coaching for the LFL is more than just a chance to kick it with some charming, scantily clad ladies—it’s a learning experience: “It’s fun, No. 1. No. 2, you know, when you’ve got a guy like me that loves the game of football, it’s kinda hard to stay away from it. And No. 3, it’s a challenge, because some of these ladies have never played the game before and don’t even know what a three-point stance is, so I think every coach should go through this at least once, to really appreciate coaching.”

Throughout the nearly five-minute piece, FOX6’s excitable Tom Pipines reminds viewers that “sex appeal” is only a small part of the LFL, and that the league’s many talented players are jes’ plain folks. Heck, one of them is even a registered nurse! Check out the full report below:
