Pat McCurdy finally goes too far

Along with fannypacks and lousy beer, Milwaukee folk singer/funnyman Pat McCurdy is an unavoidable fact of life during the summer festival season, popping up regularly on local stages and drawing inexplicably large and adoring crowds of self-described “PatHeads.” By fall, however, the rest of us are supposed to be safe, but no longer: McCurdy has released the Green Bay Packers tribute song, “We Love The Green And Gold”—just 99 cents on iTunes!—and an accompanying video incorporating polka, water-skiing, a curiously skinny Vince Lombardi impersonator, plenty of smirky mugging, and lots and lots of Larry The Cable Guy. Enjoy?
