While we’re still a day away from Summerfest announcing the name of its big “modern rock” festival coming up June 4-5—and presumably at least part of the lineup—the Big Gig dropped some names playing Summerfest side stages this year, including the previously leaked Hold Steady gig July 1. Also headed for Summerfest are Public Enemy, 311, Sheryl Crow, Colbie Caillat, Jeff Beck, Thievery Corporation, Phil Vassar, Sound Tribe Sector 9, the Moody Blues, and Puddle Of Mudd. Specific showtimes and stages will be announced later.
