Now Streaming Someone finally got around to writing a punk-rock Milverine Christmas song

The Milverine mania of 2011 may be (thankfully?) over and done with, and the current winter weather may be less than ideal for Milwaukee’s favorite shirtless power-walker, but that hasn’t stopped someone from going ahead and recording a Milverine Christmas song. Oh, and it’s sort of a “punk-rock” Milverine Christmas song, because it wouldn’t be as funny if it weren’t.

Like the “Legend Of Milverine” song that surfaced back in October, “X-Mas With Milverine” comes courtesy of Milwaukee’s Jim Farrell, who seems to be channeling Johnny Rotten as he spits out this chorus: “You don’t need Frosty / you don’t need Batman / you don’t need Rudolph / or Hugh Jackman / It’s Christmas with Milvie / Christmas with Milverine.” It may not be “O Come, All Ye Faithful,” but at least it’s not a Jingle Cats Milverine song. (Someone please make a Jingle Cats Milverine song.)
