A few months after releasing its new, atrociously cool album, Human Hearts, Milwaukee’s own Maritime has launched a dual-flanked attack. The band has made all of its albums, as well as a bunch of rare and unreleased B-sides, available free for streaming on its Soundcloud page. Why? So you don’t have to scrounge around the Internet to find them anywhere else. Or, as the band puts it on its website, “You know, ’cause we love you.”
On the other hand, for those who would try to keep the members of one of the city’s best bands off of the breadlines, you can still pay to see them on their newly announced fall tour, which, by the way, brings them through Club Garibaldi Sept. 29 with The One AM Radio.
