The Hold Steady at Summerfest

We’re still a couple of months away from side-stage announcements at Summerfest, but surely one of the best shows of the festival has already leaked out: The Hold Steady will play July 1 at The Big Gig, reports Muzzle Of Bees. The band will be touring behind the forthcoming Heaven Is Whenever, which comes out May 4. Hardcore fans can get a special vinyl copy of the record with custom screen printed artwork April 17, but only if they shop at a participating Record Store Day store and act really, really quick, as there will only be 700 copies available. The Hold Steady’s Summerfest show will be its first U.S. gig of the summer, so get a spot early.
