Will the local band responsible for the plastic-bag “publicity stunt” near Riverside High School please step forward?

WTMJ radio reported this morning that Hazmat crews were called to the area near Riverside High School on Milwaukee’s East Side near North Oakland and West Locust in order to investigate mysterious plastic bags that apparently were part of “a publicity stunt by a local band.” The story is pretty sketchy, so we’re not sure what was suspicious about the bags, or how exactly they were intended to promote the band in question. (If it was a publicity stunt, how pissed are those guys that the media isn't identifying the band?) At any rate, if anybody knows anything about any bag-happy rockers in the local scene, please enlighten us.
