Eastside Halloween Block Party And Costume Contest at Hooligan's
The annual Eastside Halloween Block Party and Costume Contest takes place on Halloween night this year with a near-full moon, so expect things to be extra zany. Come down to check out what everyone is wearing this year. Think you’ve got the best on the block? Stop by The Onion table in front of Hooligan’s to register your individual or group costume from 7 to 11 p.m. We’ll hook you up with a number, and let our mysterious guest judges decide who takes home the $1,500 cash. They’ll be hanging out at various Eastside establishments, so make sure to bring your bar-hoppin’ shoes. Winners will be contacted on Monday, November 2.
