Ex Fabula: Green at Club Garibaldi
Storytelling has gone from being an easy way to impress members of the opposite sex at parties to a full-blown performance art, thanks to traveling shows like The Moth that use professional raconteurs as well as regular folks plucked from the audience. Continuing that tradition, Ex Fabula draws some of Milwaukee’s best anecdote-droppers for a series of regular events employing solo and group storytelling techniques. The series is now in its fourth season. Tonight’s theme, “Green,” should be an intriguing one—expect storytellers to cover topics like gardening, envy, inexperience, and the all-mighty dollar bill.
