Milwaukee might be Brew City, but just south of here the beer will be flowing when brewmasters and beer lovers alike hook up for Hop A Tui in Racine. There will be samples from craft breweries near and far, including offerings from Furthermore Beer, Central Waters Brewing Company, and Vermont’s Rock Art Brewery, plus whatever else the attendees bring. The beer social takes place in the Great Hall at Racine’s DeKoven Center—a striking campus of old gothic buildings that’s worth a visit alone. Milwaukee’s King Solomon will reggae up the place while everyone sips their hoppy brews. Bring 25 bucks and two bottles of home-brewed or craft beer to share.
