And now for a moment of blatant self-promotion: The Onion is throwing a Christmas party in order to give away a bunch of cool stuff, sell cheap drinks, and alienate non-Christians with help from Milwaukee music-meisters Fever Marlene, Juniper Tar, and Mark Waldoch. Did we mention that we’re giving away lots of stuff? Our 5-pound prize packages come courtesy of a galaxy of local businesses, including Palomino (5 pounds of tater tots!), Tool Shed (5 pounds of lube!), Balzac (5 pounds of macaroni and cheese!), and Transfer (5 pounds of pizza!). C’mon, we're even donating part of proceeds to charity. Don’t let us drink alone.
