While it may seem like overkill for yet another tour of Jonathan Larson’s now-legendary musical, the attraction this time is the participation of original Broadway cast members Adam Pascal and Anthony Rapp (the latter perhaps better known outside of theater-kid circles as Dazed And Confused’s Tony). The two actors have the disadvantage of being far older than their characters now, but if you squint really hard, they might still look like they’re in their 20s. If you’ve never been, this is as good a chance as any to see a Broadway-sized production of this rock adaptation of La Boheme. Forget the movie—this is best seen on the stage.
