The name "At Random" perfectly describes this Bay View bar on multiple levels. First, the hours of operation aren't always consistent, so it's quite possible that the doors might not be open when you expect. But when they are, prepare yourself for a drinking experience unlike any other. The decor is random, too, mixing 60s iconography with mirrors and Christmas lights year-round. You need those Christmas lights, because it's so dark you can hardly read the menu, which offers page after page of specialty ice cream drinks (beer and wine are not available). These frosty beverages are not for the weak, packing major alcohol content into each giant concoction. One notable cocktail, the Tiki Love Bowl, will set you back $18 and some serious liver damage, but it's worth it for the theatrics - it's served in a punch bowl and set aflame.
