While it does both surf (Florida Gulf grouper) and turf (16 oz. rib eye) expertly, Bosley On Brady can also cater to alternative dietary needs. Each dish is served with a bit of the unexpected: The yellowtail snapper has a side of fragrant ginger-infused rice, the grilled salmon filet has a potent bourbon-barbecue glaze, and the key lime pie replaces the standard graham cracker with a gingersnap crust. Its appetizers—especially grilled asparagus with feta and sautéed garlic spinach—are especially flavorful.
