Diablos Rojos have taken their game southward to Bay View, opening a near-twin of Cafe Hollander on the corner of Lincoln and KK. The menu at Cafe Centraal is, not surprisingly, similar to that of Hollander, which isn't a bad thing - both restaurants' mussels, creative sandwiches, and frites served with a myriad of dipping sauces are consistently delicious. Cafe Centraal offers an expansive menu of Belgian beers, which are proudly served in the appropriate glass for the brew. The casual atmosphere is perfect for Sunday brunch, lunch with friends, or an evening of sampling European beers.
