Perhaps you read about the recent incident at a music festival in Spain wherein the L.A. garage rock sensation Wavves melted down—singer berates eager crowd, drummer pours beer over singer's head, etc. “Wow,” you probably thought. “That band sure has some issues to work out.” What you might not have thought is, “What’s that music festival in Spain, anyway? And can I stream the performances?”

The answers: The festival in question is Barcelona’s yearly Primavera Festival, held a couple of weeks ago. Headliners included Neil Young, My Bloody Valentine, Sonic Youth, and Aphex Twin, and from most accounts (save, of course, Wavves’), it was a pretty good time.

As to the second question, you can indeed stream many of the performances, a service provided by Jersey City’s very own WMFU. Currently available are sets from the likes of Deerhunter, Dan Deacon, Saint Etienne, Vaselines, and Throwing Muses, with many more to come, and New York acts with streaming sets include Oneida, Vivian Girls, and Crystal Stilts. You're only one click away from hours upon hours streaming performance: Get cracking.
