Mike Birbiglia has a slow, purposeful voice that dips between sleepy surfer and deadpan Steven Wright. The Massachusetts-born comedian has been known to expound on bears and his feelings of awkwardness at orgies—but, in recent years, he has become more recognized for his sharp, often highly personal communiqués to thousands of people by way of reading his weekly journal on the Bob & Tom Radio Show. Earlier this year, Birbiglia attempted to make the personal even more public with a pilot episode for a CBS sitcom; the series, however, was not picked up. Birbiglia branched into the world of theater, putting up a one-man show Sleepwalk With Me that covers stories about his real-life sleepwalking disorder, and here he'll do the show he's calling I'm In The Future, Also.
