Newswire Electro-harp-pop act Active Child charts headlining tour

After spending last fall opening for French indietronica act M83, choirboy-cum-electro-shoegaze-dream-pop what have you Pat Grossi is taking his Active Child solo project out on the road again. Before tucking back into the studio to record the follow-up to last year’s You Are All I See, Active Child will work through a run of headlining North American dates in late April and May, including a stop in Toronto at Lee’s Palace May 15. This means anyone who’s desperate to hear Active Child’s shimmering, effervescent, almost indiscernibly light harp-driven electro-pop live has another chance to do so before the band drops off the map for a bit. Though, seeing Active Child may be disillusioning for anyone who’d prefer to believe Grossi is a literal angel.
