Hole announces Nobody’s Daughter national tour
Courtney Love’s group plays in support of surprisingly decent fourth album
More Just Announced
When Courtney Love took the newest configuration of her band Hole to SXSW, she received pretty mixed reviews. But now, the group will get a chance to win over skeptics by playing a series of dates behind its latest album, Nobody’s Daughter. (That might just be possible, given that the album is actually ... not bad.) Hole’s trek includes a Minneapolis stop at First Avenue on July 16, with tickets going on sale May 8. Hole's set will be a late one because God-fearing, purity ring-touting American Idol victor Jordin Sparks recently rescheduled her First Ave show for the same day. Should make for an interesting double-header.
