Insane Clown Posse organizes the tour of your nightmares
As if the deaths of Alex Chilton, Vic Chesnutt, Mark Linkous, and Jay Reatard haven't made recent months rough enough, it would seem that the polar opposite on the pop music spectrum has been gathering its forces with devious brilliance: Coolio, Kittie, Kottonmouth Kings, and the motherfucking Insane Clown Posse have announced a package tour. Last month, alt-metal ladies Kittie took to Twitter to gloat about headliners ICP: "Finally a band with enough balls to take us on tour." Finally! The clowns are currently promoting 2009's Bang! Pow! Boom!, and while the juggalo-centric western film Big Money Rustlas may still be the most disturbing thing they've produced this year, this depressing Faygo belch of meat-headed rap, chintzy nu-metal, and washed-up G-funk won’t trail far behind. Here are the dates for this mini-apocalypse, which hits the Cabooze on May 26.
