Every now and then, we like to scour the shadowy depths of Craigslist to find four thematically linked Missed Connections to battle in a court of public opinion. Who says romance is dead?
Between the all-you-can-eat shrimp cocktail buffets and second-hand smoke, casinos are incredibly romantic places, full of flashing lights and the sort of last-chance desperation that’s normally reserved for only the most heartfelt proclamations of love. Sometimes love is about betting the farm, and there’s no move quite as risky as letting it all hang out in a Missed Connection posting (you know, other than seizing the actual moment), and the following people are holding their breath and putting it all on red.
