A video for “Back of Your Neck”, the lead single off of Howler’s upcoming debut album, America Give Up, dropped today over at Rolling Stone. It’s a great way for the Minneapolis band to wrap up 2011 after a well-received EP, This One’s Different; strong airplay on The Current for the single “I Told You Once”; and a sold-out U.K. tour with The Vaccines.
In spite of all its success, the band definitely keeps it local in the video, opening with a shot of the Minneapolis skyline and taking a small tour of different Twin Cities’ landmarks from there; how many can you spot?
