Here's a quick addendum to Stacy's previous report from SXSW, which arrived in our inbox just a moment too late to include in the last post: Video of Janelle Monae and The Decemberists live at Stubb's last night. (To answer your possible questions: Why are they so short? Because video clips from official SXSW showcases, which this show was, are limited to 40 seconds. Why is Colin Meloy standing at a 90-degree angle? Because he was bitten by a radioactive spider, or, possibly because Stacy was, er, holding her camera the wrong way.)
