Not content with an ordinary three-month tour, the members of Tokyo Police Club announced this week that they will use the outing to prove they're the best. In honor of their second album, Champ (due out June 8), the Ontario indie-rockers are challenging you to whatever it is you think you can do better than them. Says the press release: "Challenge us to something. Anything. Ping Pong. Baking. Mario. Nerf guns. Hockey. Unicycling. Catching grapes in your mouth. You name it. When we come to your town on tour we'll make it happen. This summer, it's on." Submit your ideas (and start the trash-talking early) on the band's official website. If they choose to take you on, you'll get a free ticket to their Aug. 19 show at the Varsity and the chance to send them on to the next town feeling a little less victorious.
