Ty Segall and White Fence releasing collaborative LP and touring together

More Just Announced
Prolific garage-rock tumbler Ty Segall plans to fill the time between 2011’s Goodbye Bread and the album he has planned for later this year by releasing a collaborative LP with the like-minded White Fence. Hair, which Drag City will put out in April, features Segall on drums and guitar and White Fence’s Tim Presley—who Segall described as a “total ripper”—on bass and lead guitar. The two plan to hit the road together, including a May 8 stop at the Entry. Check out the full list of dates below. [Pitchfork]
